This summer has been off to a great start in the Crosslake Area and the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. There’s so much to see and experience in this picture perfect beauty spot! Buffalo Media Group has had such a great time capturing a lot of the amazing events and activities in the area. We have only begun to scratch the surface of all there is to do in Crosslake!
This past week Buffalo Media Group continued our coverage for a new product that is soon to be marketed and hitting the shelves. Read MoreThis July Buffalo Media Group was hired by Explore Minnesota to provide video production of Lake of the Woods in Baudette, Minnesota. We have always loved the Lake of the Woods area and jumped all over the opportunity to showcase our skills. By having looked at the video, you wouldn’t have realized how much severe weather we had to battle in order to fit the shoot in two days. Upon arrival at our cabin, the weather was already 91 degrees and extremely humid. This eventually then turned into massive storms the first night and into the next morning! As soon as the storms cleared out at 9:00am, it was off to the races and the prized fishing grounds. The weather did open up for a few hours and allow us to get over the the Northwest Angle and showcase some of the resorts in that remote part of Lake of the Woods. We would like to thank all who made this shoot a huge success that it was namely Paul and Brandi Johnson of River Bend’s Resort and Joe Henry with Lake of the Woods Tourism. This week Buffalo Media Group was hired on once again by Explore Minnesota, the premier tourism bureau for our great state of Minnesota, to cover Lake of the Woods. We were so thrilled to lead an adventure into Lake of the Woods. Lake of the Woods is in the furthest most part of the state right along the U.S./Canadian border. Our shoot entailed covering many local businesses, lifestyle, activities, and nature. What an amazing pocket in the world this is! We have had a great standing relationship with the Red Door Resort and they have been a client of ours for three years now. We covered our first shoot with them back in 2020 at the height of COVID. We then covered a winter shoot in February of 2021. Now fast forward to summer 2022 and we are so thrilled to have captured a ton of new imagery and video for them! Read MoreThis past spring Buffalo Media Group was in central California for a commercial shoot. While there we were able to visit the amazing Sequioa and Yosemite National Parks. It was very cool to see the giant sequoia trees in a foggy, snowy backdrop. Then it was onto Yosemite and what a wonder that park is. We had no idea just how incredibly impressive it would be. We brought along the vintage 8mm and had some fun!
This past week Buffalo Media Group was on the road traversing much of north central Minnesota with shoots at The Red Door Resort, Lake Mille Lacs Tourism, Nisswa Adventure Rentals, and finally the Crosslake Chamber of Commerce.
