Justin Graddy

Co-Owner. Lead Media Specialist.

Justin Graddy is a multi-media professional photographer/videographer/web specialist who has established himself in the hospitality field all across the U.S. for many years. A native Minnesotan, Justin strongly believes in growing and organizing community amongst fellow business owners and tourism bureaus within each demographic he services to.

He is the sole owner of Buffalo Media Group which provides media all across the U.S. to resorts, lodges, hotels, and western guest ranches. From Bristol Bay, Alaska to the warm waters of Belize and everything in between, he covers a lot of ground every season.

Emily Hendricks

Graphic Design.

Emily Hendricks is a graphic designer and creative director who has been designing for over 15 years. Having worked in the tourism industry since 2015 on the DMO and vendor sides, this industry truly has her heart. Her wide skillset encompasses graphic design (print & digital), brand development, experiential design, videography, photography, web design, and swag design. Having worked the full gamut from the day-to-day design work to high-level brand strategy, she truly enjoys seeing a full and purposeful brand come to life through every part of a business or destination. She spends her days learning new hobbies, gardening, paddle boarding, or spending time with her husband, 2 kids, and goofy dog.

Megan Kellin

Co-Owner. Lead Media Specialist.

No stranger to media, Megan Kellin is the owner and publisher of Lake and Company - three nationwide publications and 5 stores that emulate the real stories of people, products and places.

She also lives in the hospitality and tourism world with properties Hotel Rapids and Little Lazy Lodge, both located in northern MN. Megan's passionate about building community, brilliant collaborations and bringing people ad ideas together.

Digital Media and Marketing.

I am a Texan by origin but a mountain enthusiast by choice. Fuelled by a deep love for coffee and an unwavering spontaneity, | thrive in the realm of marketing and graphic design. Always by my side are my two favorite companions: my boyfriend, Andrew, and our sweet dog, Buffy. Infusing everyday life with creativity and enthusiasm is my true passion.
