Buffalo Media Group spent a good part of our summer shooting for resorts and local attractions in the Brainerd Area of Lakes alongside the Whitefish Chain of Lakes in Crosslake, Minnesota. This past March Buffalo Media Group headed up to Crosslake, MN on a shoot for Whitefish Area Lodging Association. Aside from capturing everything on professional gear, we took time to break out the vintage 8mm film camera and this is what we got! Love that thing! Hope you all like!
Buffalo Media Group has teamed up with Taylor Fly Fishing to cover some video production for an upcoming new product release which will officially launch sometime in December. We have enjoyed being able to demo some of their fine products…they certainly are in a class of their own!

This was our first gig with Explore Minnesota and hopefully more to come. We were approached and asked to cover some key north shore towns such as Two Harbors and Grand Marais. We are very familiar with the entire drive up the Lake Superior coast so we made a few additional stop-offs at Split Rock Lighthouse, Iona Beach, Black Beach, Gooseberry Falls, and Lutsen. This past week Buffalo Media Group was in Crosslake, Minnesota covering video production for the Whitefish Area Lodging Association. We thought a perfect way to showcase springtime in Minnesota would be to wrap the shoot around fishing opener. We could not have been more lucky with the weather and the turnout. The fishing was on fire and we were able to get some good footage of some big northern pike being landed as well as some real beautiful walleye. For many of us midwesterner’s, nothing quite compares to a good ole fashioned fish fry and the walleye being the most prized catch…none better! We have had a spectacular time shooting in the Whitefish Chain of Lakes so far this year and meeting many of the local business owners and tourism staff. We hope you all enjoy this little piece of fishing fun in “da Nortwoods".
