Buffalo Media Group had the amazing honor of shooting in Belize last spring starting with a Hopkins Bay Resort in Hopkins, Belize. We were coming in from a very long winter in Minnesota where we saw record amounts of snowfall. Suffice to say, Hopkins Bay Resort was everything we imagined and hoped for! From the cultural food experiences of the local Garifuna to their native traditions and music, it was an enlightening experience all around. Of course the fresh, handmade food was out of this world and the staff was the most hospitable. Thanks Hopkins Bay Resort…we will for sure be back!
This summer turned out to be quite the adventure for Buffalo Media Group. Our shoot with Alaska Rainbow Lodge kicked off the first part of July was unreal! Waking up every day to head out into the wilderness of Alaska is without a doubt my most favorite part of my profession. The weather let up and we were able to enjoy a sun-filled day in southwest Alaska. The fishing for the guests was lights out as always and certainly makes for awesome filming! We can’t wait to see what other adventures lie in store for us in 2024.
Buffalo Media Group stumbled across this video we had started for a marketing campaign back in 2022. We had a vast amount of footage from shoots on the northern shore of Minnesota on Lake Superior. We shot stock b-roll from Duluth to Grand Marais and up the Gunflint Trail which is approx. 130 miles of ground covered…one-way. After 2 years we decided to add to it with a plethora of other b-roll we have shot on the North Shore since 2022...hope you all enjoy this as much as we love discovering the Great Lake Superior and all the amazingness it provides!

Read MoreThis past July Buffalo Media Group was on location in Bristol Bay area of Alaska for a shoot with Alaska Rainbow Lodge. We spent the week covering many different fishing excursions. This excursion in particular was the World Famous Brooks Falls. We were so thrilled to get the opportunity to film and fish there. We had an amazing adventure there that day and are longing to get back!
Buffalo Media Group spent a week in Belize providing professional photography and video production for Copal Tree Lodge and Royal Belize. Royal Belize was an absolute dream and treat to shoot! Buffalo Media Group are again back in the editing studio cutting promo trailers for Copal Tree Lodge for our portfolio. We spent the middle part of October at Copal Tree Lodge capturing all the amazingness that you see here. It has been five whole years since we last shot for Copal Tree Lodge so we were beyond excited that was one of the properties that needed updated material. We have been shooting in Belize five years now and we feel we are just getting started on a lifetime of adventure here in the western Caribbean Sea.
